Im been robbed by mtn

In March 2013 I signed a Sony tablet s contract with sales person Sasha at MTN phoenix plaza in April the tab want off on its own nd c me back on nd den again in may BT refused 2 cum back on so I took it back 2 the store dey took it in 4 a warranty assess da assess took bout 4 months nd c me back wid a report says ntn wrong 4rm titsetso the person frm rectron I picked it up nd den 2 days later it switched off again so I went back 2 the store nd I ws asked 2 leave the tab at rectron durban personally 2 avoid delays lyk before so I did that nd ws in contact with rectron wen they informed me that they found software bugs which was causing the problem I then went back to the store with this report in hope of receiving a new device when I was then informed by Sasha that MTN said they cannot do anything for me I mst take it up with Sony sa and rectron as MTN doesn't want to do anything but I took the contract from MTN which I'm still paying for BT still don't my tablet even the one that was booked in is not wid me I told dem I'm gng to the ombudsman they said I must do as I please so that's my nxt step together with media I have received no joy after many visits to th store
