Bad Attitude, Bad service, No Tablet

I have been having issues with my 2 month old tablet and was advised by Mtn Cape Gate branch worker to take it to Rectron to fix, as they are the only authorized technicians in Cape Town for Sony. Sony came back to say my tablet needed to be replaced by Cape Gate, and supplied all the paper work for this. Apparently tis was wrong information as it first needed to go to Mtn service outlet, but wrong information was given to us. Phoned Nolene and was met with the rudest manager ever, she refused to help and told me I do not get to tell Mtn their procedures. The tablet was sent to MTN and now spiteful Nolene is sending it to Sony AGAIN, but this time to Johannesburg, even though I was promised by Veronica I would have my new Tablet by LATEST today. This is shocking and pathetic service and I am appalled. Nolene Bailey has NO Customer service skills, and should not be in the position she is in. She is not management material and her attitude is pathetic
