Absolutely Disgusted!!!

Never have I been as disgusted in customer service as I have November 2013.
On Saturday 2nd of November my phone fell off the coffee table and my screen cracked. The following Monday I took the phone into VodaWorld in Midrand.
The company assured me that my phone would be fixed within 7 - 14 working days, needless to say come day 15 and they still do not have an answer for me! I sat on the phone holding for someone to give me an answer as to why the screen of my phone was still sitting in the Repair Centre and had not moved from the day I brought the phone in! I then managed to get hold of a 'Manager' he too then assured me my phone would be fixed as it was sitting in the same department and nothing to date had been done on the phone!
I received an sms that the phone was being despatched from the Advanced Repair Centre and I was to collect the phone. After this company having my phone now for over a month to my surprise absolutely NOTHING was done on the phone! I got there and the screen which has cracked on the 2nd of November was still cracked, to my surprise they informed me that the 'water' damage on my phone was too severethat it could not be repaired.
