I called in on the 16 to enquire about my acc, as I didn't understand a few things Mpho answered and tried to help, and said she'll transfer my query through to the billing department, and they should come back to me in 48hrs and gave me this ref no:4045920.I waited till Friday and still nothing I then called in again this time Thando answered and she was not helpful at all, I don't think she was even listening to what I was saying. I told her the amount on bill is o high, it shouldn't be that high and I receive my statements monthly but she resend the statement in an "attempt" to help. in the mean time my account is being debited with the amount I'm not happy with. I buy airtime to avoid using they're extra airtime, I get a bill that says I used R570 extra airtime that's just daylight, I'm not even a year in my contract but already Im fed up. It's even difficult to get mms settings.
