On the 23/01/2013, at approximately 11.43am, I posted a report titled " Not Possible"I received a call from a Vodacom consultant two days after my report as promised, he listened to my problem and promised to get back to me as soon as he had investigated my complaint, that was on the 25/01/2013.
That was the last I heard from Vodacom and their staff, in the meantime my competitions have taken a back seat as I am unable to utilise my Nokia device due to No Display.
Why does Vodacom not care about their customers, is it only about making a sale and to heck with customer care?
I believe in " A promise made should be a promise kept" after all, one is only as good as their word.
This Nokia is now useless to me as I mentioned it was purchased strictly as a competition unit and without a display there is no way I can enter competitions. Please Vodacom, have the the courtesy to call me with updated feedback.
