Kindly be informed that we have attempted to reach you several times with no success.
Please note the debt order that went off on the 20th is incorrect as it includes the refund which was previously and paid in your bank account.
We will process the refund and reimbursement against this error. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused.
