On 26 October 2013 our landline on (014) 7850686 went down. It was reported on 30 October 2013 and about 14 days later a technician arriver and after an investigation advised that all was OK at our end but that the "tower" had a fault that he could repair as it was out of his department?!

Since then we have followed up on at least 6 occasions only to be told that the problem is being looked into without any date given for repair or progress on the fault.

We are desperate for this service to be reconnected as we are an elderly couple on a farm far from neighbours and any help. We have family in Hong Kong and in England and have not been able to contact them over the Festive Season! We have run up large cellphone accounts due to this poor service and get threatening notes
via SMS about our account that is in arrears?!!

Please try to assist as we do not have any other recourse.
