Upgraded account to Red Advantage 22Nov 2013. New 16g IphoneS sent to me. Sales staff misinformed me about the memory of the phone. Requested the Iphone to be collected and replaced with a 32 gig Iphone 5S - to date no collection has been made.

Uncountable calls to Vodacom direct - to resolve issue:
Finally dealt with Precious Khwela Precious Khwela : 27 11 767 4167 who informed phone would be collected latest 13 December and wiithin 3-5 working days could request new upgrade.
Before dealing with Precious I also visited Vodacom customer care at Canal Walk, dealt with manager [Email Removed] - he gave me his word he would deal with the matter - never heard from him again. USELESS MANAGER. Didn't have the decency to even return my call. I will never use that branch or recommend it again.
