HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO HAVE A PACKAGE COLLECTED?

I am currently dealing with an issue at Vodacom and they organised for RAM to come and collect a package from me and return it to the Vodacom warehouse. On 30 May 2013 I got a reference number and was told it would be collected, from my understanding this should not take more than a day or two to happen.
Again Vodacom has sent a request for the package to be collected from me, that was on the 25th of June 2013 and yet again it still has not been collected.

Honestly how long should I be made to wait for this thing to be collected!
