Reported a faulty ADSL line on 22 Dec. Telkom promised to send out a technician. Still waiting. Probably what one can expect from a company whose largest shareholder is an incompetent government. One of the many reasons why South Africa's global competitiveness rankings for telecommunications have dropped sharply in recent years.
