Inefficient and ineffective services

Have reported flaw as there is cross line. On several accounts this flaw has not been attended to.
There is need to employ efficient and effective also competitive repairs man.
As we are consumers and as we paying for services that are rendered inappropriately.

Which will be reported to the consumer council.
