I got my phone about 4 months ago from NASHUA MOBILE in Durbanville Centre, it was such a hassle getting the phone at first as they did not have in stock and then it took more than 2 weeks for me to eventually get the phone, when I went to the store, we inserted the sim into the phone and I asked Sweetness to help me set the date and time BUT she did not know how, so I told her I will do it myself, I had to do everything myself as she (EMPLOYEE OF NASHUA) does not know how the products they sell - work?? pretty much incompetent, I'd say. I left the store with my new Blackberry 9790, trying to figure it out by myself. The same day I phoned the shop more than 4 times to assist as I did not have bbm/ internet service ect. (nobody assisted me in this)- to this day, I struggle to receive and make calls, the phone freezes all the time. everyones complaining they cant get hold of me. Ive done "software upgrade" - its worse than it was. I took it to NASHUA MIDRAND, where the consultant agreed that it was a "faulty phone" that was sold to me? HONESTLY? I pay almost R400 pm, for NOTHING? I DEMAND A NEW PHONE AND VALUE FOR MY MONEY! THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE!
