Vodacom's Systems says i bought a data bundle

Good Day.

I bought a promo 5 gig data bundle, i saw it was getting low so i bought another.
Both were successful. I registered to look on line at how much data was remaining and noticed that it was all up.
I then investigated and noticed that only the one Internet promo bundle was used and now i have a bill of 6000 rand. This is unacceptable and i would like a immediate refund.
I cannot afford a bill like this and thus why i bought the data in the first place. My number in use is 0726618395. There is no purchase history for either of the bundles but it says that the one is still active. There systems have very bad programming and has caused me a great loss of money
