My internet or at least my modem stopped working for some reason or the other. I called the call centre and asked for a technician to be dispatched the following morning a technician was at my home to repair the problem. He found the problem was with the modem and the ladies at festival mall helped me very proffessionally. I am aware that it is their duty to be of service but i am very greatfull for the quick and prompt service i recieved from the call centre, technician, and the ladies at festival mall
