VODACOM AT IT AGAIN

I have had my contract with vodacom for 10 years now and this is the kind of service and respect i get for all the years. Vodacom just knows how to use and abuse people as long as they gain it is all good and well, this has been the worst year with them ever and now that my phone is due for an upgrade and i want a new phone they telling me that i dont qualify becoz of the handeling of my account yet everymonth my debot order is paid on time with no returns and all the incidents i have experianced i have let it slide all to come and find that now i am no longer seen as a valued customer. This just shows how you would rather loose valuable clients then to make sure the client stays happy. thanks for nothing Vodacom i guess thats why your competition is so tough coz you not thinking of ways to improve but rather to break down.
