Unhappy Subscriber... save me from SOS signal

I have always been a loyal vodacom customer for as long as i can remember, however the service im getting now leaves a lot to be desired. Since the year started i have been having problems with my vodacom network to an extent that i miss important calls because their network always shows SOS on my blackberry torch, in all honesty i have always been a happy vodacom subscriber until recently, ive tried almost everything but still the network goes on SOS whenever it feels like it, i regularly pay my vodacom bill and never miss a single month, but now im thinking of changing service providers. im now thinking MTN, CELL C or 8ta, ive even stopped my family from contracting or using vodacom cos of the SOS...

As my friend always says, i now agree with him... VODACOM!!!
