I went to our local branch (somerset Mall) to do an query about my account. We have a cellphone router account for the work, but we never use the full units and still pay full price, spoke to wendy and asked for assistance, her entire body language was "i am not interested and don't want to help" asked her questions, and she just merrely couldn't help me, i asked her for downgrade options, she said she will email it to me, This was on Monday, i called the brance 021 852 6880 about 3-6 times a day to follow up, and just couldn't get thru, the phone rang, got press option 1 for this, option 2 for this, pressed option 2, phone gets cutt off ALL THE TIME, eventually today (Friday) i get thru to a consultant at somerset mall branch and left a message for Wendy to call back. I can't believe the poor service that we get
