HeloPeter, I booked in my phone with MTN, Repair call center was in no help since the 17th Dec, until I forced to go back to the Repair center to get the Ref number on the 21st Dec 2013, then the agent gave me the Ref without any hustles, but what I don't understand is why couldn't the call center give me the Ref no without me driving back to the Repair center. Then the next thing when I go to the store on the same day the 21st to get the new phone on the, they tell me they no longer have the phone, so they need to wait for the manager who will only come on Monday (23 Dec), but then they couldn't organize a loan phone for me HeloPeter, I mean I got a small baby, I always have to have a phone, and they don't even care because this is the 2nd time they take my phone for 2 weeks without giving me a loan phone, even when I tell them that im leaving for Lephalale on Monday (23rd Dec) to come on the 30 Dec, meaning I'll spend Christmas without a phone, HeloPeter I think its about time MTN takes care of their customers, because my colleague has the same issues, but hes with Vodacom, Vodacom gave him a loan phone, yet MTN is taking 250 from me every month, but im not happy at all.
