I BOUGHT A SAMSUNG S4 ON CONTRACT FROM VIGIN MOBILE CANAL WALK. I COLLECTED IT ON TUESDAY 17 DECEMBER. THE STORE ASSISTANT SAID THAT THE SIM WILL BE RICA IN 24HRS AND THEN I CAN USED MY PHONE. UP UNTIL NOW I CANT MAKE ANY PHONE CALLS FROM MY PHONE. I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA THE INTERNET TWICE ON FRIDAY AND ASK THEM TO PHONE ME. UP UNTIL NOW THEY DIDNT PHONE ME. I DONT HAVE AIRTIME TO CONTACT THEM, BECAUSE FROM MY PHONE I CANT PHONE 123 FOR ASSISTANCE. PLEASE HELP. I WANT TO USE MY PHONE. THANX.
