Promise feedback and never get it

Shocked and appalled that I have spent an hour and a half trying to sort out my order and get promised feedback and don't receive any. Very disappointed with Vodacom... not 1 out of the 7 people I have dealt with have delivered on their promise. The attitude has also been atrocious.

Getting an order delivered after Christmas defeats ordering a Christmas present!!!
