Half deliveries and no feedback

On 07/12/12 I bought a voucher from Daddy's deal for a helicopter for my son for Christmas. I received it on 21/12/12 (just in time to be wrapped). On Christmas day my son opened the gift and great was his (and my) disappointment that only half of the helicopter was supplied. No body, no batteries etc. When I got back to work on 02/01 I immediately logged my complain with Glen at Calasca (courier company) & daddy's deal. On 14/01 I again ask for feedback. On 16/01 they asked me to recheck the boxes. Hello! U only delivered 1 box and it's not there. On 29/01 I again wanted an answer, but no reply. I have send another email today (08/03) If they can't supply me with the full order, they must please take back the half they have delivered. It's breaking my heart to see my son look at it, but can't play with it.
