1 month later - still no resolution

After a month, 4 postings on Hello Peter and a myriad of promises from Head Office to sort our problem out, we are still sitting in exactly the same situation, actually worse off, well done MTN! Head office, has on several occassions replied via Hello Peter, stating that they are working on the problem and will come back to us, 2 consultants have come back, with the same stupid solution which passes the buck right back to us as the clients, costing us more than the already increased contracts we upgraded to... nice... for MTN that is, not for us as customers! You must be the most PATHETIC service NON provider in SA!

To top it off, my phone is off today, bills are paid every month, can't be that, try and phone the call centre, they just cut you off when you want to go through to an operator, WELL DONE MTN!!! You manage to "f" me off more and more every day... AWESOME MAN!!! Maybe soon you can get the Global titel of WORST CELL PHONE SERVICE PROVIDER - you certainly are heading there, fast!!!
