I Reported 8ta/Telkom on the 02/12/2013 and I still haven't received any feedback after they said they will investigate with regards to my complaint...
Its the 20th already how long do they want to investigate? No they want to leave it up until the last date deduct the money from my account and after that they will say no they will sort it out... I mean its not fair to tell a customer that there will be no activation fee's etc and then you get your statement and get charged for that...
After I reported 8ta/Telkom and after being told that they will investigate I phoned twice already to follow up on the investigation... Still they tell me no they will send it on to the person dealing with these type of errors...
Still NO FEEDBACK...
This is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic!!!
