I just upgraded to the Iphone 5S. Firstly they forgot to activate my SIM, so waited 4 days before having to go ask them why it hasnt taken 24 hours as promised. After setting up my new phone i found out the earphones are not working. I returned them and they promised to exchange them and let me know the next day when i can collect the new pair. I have to follow up 5 days later as I didnt received any call from them again as promised, they then advise me I have to return the entire handset with all accessories for a new phone. I told them it is a massive inconcenience as the phone itself is not faulty, they can simply exchange the earphones. They said they will request this and get back to me the next day. AGAIN, 2 days later i have to follow up with them. They advise me that i still have to return the entire handset. This unacceptable. Firstly there is no more stock of my phone at the branch which means I will have to wait till January if im lucky, and my old phone I have given away. Secondly my new phone is already setup so not doing that again. Please replace the earphones without having to replace the handset for no reason and complicate the matter!
