Unknown Uploads

Logged ticket with regards to unknown uploads from my router, that is wifi off and no devices connected to the router and uploads going through, this is after doing the factory reset on the router and support talking me through the entire setup and configs, even though the uploads were directly from the router they still insisted that i install net limiter which is pc based to see what is going, so i did that and sent them the screen dumps and they still keep closing the support ticket even though i keep opening it up and adding in updates to keep them filled in with what is going on, the online support is not available, the call back does not work, if you call them you would wait longer than you generally wait for telkom, do not waste your money on a service provider of this nature
