Dishonesty and ZERO service

Vodacom is the beep-bank of cellular providers!!!

Telling a customer the average waiting time is 11 minutes is very unethical if you know for a fact that is not the case. After an hour and a half I have left after not being served; in fact, I do not even yet know if you have stock of the device I want. Now I have to return tomorrow in the hope that I will be served, and that there is stock! You guys are useless, as well as being liars!
