Vodacom
Bad Attitude & Out of Stock

Good people... please do not order Sony Xperia Z from Vodacom as they do not have stock until - nobody knows from Vodacom. It is quiet frustrating for them to ask us to get item/phone yet they do not have it on Stock. I got this information from Charmaine Nkabinde at Eastgate Mall_Vodacom 4 U_Shop Unit - U68A.

Also the extremely bad attitude from the staff member at that shop unit is really uncalled for (ie) Charmaine Nkabinde. At some stage I thought that my money is what pays her bills & feed her... but it sounds like she is doing me a favour by servicing me. Pathetic and if this is how Vodacom is represented... we really need to start looking at proper rating them. At some stage, service from Vodacom was good... but now... 1 wishes if possible be served by the ROBOT rather than human being.

But I'm still shock with the fact that Vodacom does not have Sony Xperia Z on stock, yet they have it on all their pamphets - for selling. Why is that? Maybe if I had a contract with MTN... I wouldn't have written here as they market what they have. Lesson that Vodacom must take in future. Rate: 1 - 10 (1 = Extremely Bad - 10 = Excellent). Where do you think my rating will be: 0.
