STILL WAITING FOR A CALL BACK

Hi Alexendra Forbes.

I wrote on your website in January 2013 asking for someone to give me a call for a quote on my car insurance. No one called me until 2 weeks ago and the lady was apologetic about calling 4 months later and she continued to take my details for a quote to call me back in an hour. An hour has turned into 2 weeks and still I haven't received a call.

This "report" is not for me to receive a call back but just to say don't make promises that you cannot keep. When you say you will call back in an hour so be it or even after 24 hours I would have still be fine. I guess the lady will get back to me after 4 months again as she did previously.
