I bought a SAMSUNG Tablet December 2012 from FNB. I took it to the MTN branch in Hemingway in East London for repairs, as it is still under the 24months warranty about a week ago. I was told that they would be able to assist me, as I did not have a Proof of Purchase. I asked if they cant help even thou I have the box with the EMEI number on it. The guy flatly refused.

Immediately I called FNB requesting this Proof of Purchase, I havent receive it till today. Now Im stacked with the tablet that freezes and I cant work on it.

Not satisfied at all
