POOR SERVICE

Today is 28 November still not having refund nor having tablet that am paying from April 2013 till today. This is a total rip off. The tablet was still under guarantee when it was taken for repairs. I am very much desperate to be refunded and have a new tablet not Samsung because it gave me problem within six months
