Paying for DSL Fastest but it is even slower than

Good day,

Please could you urgently assist me? At our CEO's home, Mondi is paying for DSL fastest of R372.81 and TI-All Access Advanced 20GB of R209.65, yet the internet and WIFI is so slow they can not even do internet searches at the moment.
