Delay to RICA Sim

Hi

We purchased a Vodacom Sim to use on our Modem on Saturday from Autopage. We RICA the sim card on the same day, however the Sim has to date not been activated. We contacted Autopage and they said that the card is RICA. Can someone please sort his out?
