COMPLAINT:

I am the owner of this account with the main cell phone number xxx

The SIM card used by son on the number xxx was damaged.
This card is Rica-ed on the RICA SERIAL NR xxx

He bought a new SIM card at R0.99 with the details XXX
I was shocked to hear that I have to buy a SIM card at Autopage as the astronomical amount of between R180 and R200 OR must have had SIM card insurance at R4.50 per month, which adds up to R180 over a period of 24 months. This is outrageous. I will definitely reconsider upgrading with Autopage and definitely tell my friends NOT to change to Autopage.

Users should be made aware of this small print trap and money making racket of Autopage.
