Billed incorrectly no detail statement given

My name is Sfiso Prosper Thenjwayo. I recently received a bill of R925 which I must pay for my cell phone and laptop contract 15 December 2013. I am usually billed R459 for both my laptop and cell phone but to my surprise this month was different, must also mention I have 153. 38 Mega bites left unused. When I went to liberty mall pietermaritzburg mtn store to ask for detail statement I was told a company called integrate hosting website [URL Removed] which I check does not exist. Also given cell phone number 0841966960 which does not exist. All I want to know how was I charge lots of money not given a detail statement data spent
