Trapped by Content Services

On my first Red Bull Mobile contract with Cell C I was "subscribed" unknowingly to a range of content services that cost in excess of R2000 over a 24 month period. Not once was I assisted in a satisfactory manner to explain the origin nor to recover the money charged but sent on a wild goose chase. I am on another contract with Cell C and the first two months went well and now it has appeared again. I have emailed the following to Cell C customer support and hope for better resolution: "With reference to Account No. 126125780 and Invoice No. 1169307868 I have been charged for content services for which I have not knowingly or willingly subscribed. This has run from 15 September 2013 to 30 September 2013 under the clandestine code of MIRA007. I experienced similar issues that cost me over R2000-00 during the course of my last Red Bull Mobile Contract. I want this service stopped immediately and my account credited to the full. I further request the following:
1. Who is this "vendor" and how was I "subscribed"?
2. How can my account be set up to stop all content services going forward?
3. I want a limit of R249 set on my account that disallows all such transactions.
