False Advertising

Hi Guys, you are advertising handset Nokia Asha 210 with dedicated WHATSAPP button on your website. Also, your sales people are selling this phone with contract applications. However... it doesn't exist!

Every single person at Cell C has only ever seen this handset with a dedicated FACEBOOK key. No one has ever seen a handset with a WHATSAPP key. I know, I have tried to order it endlessly this week.

You guys are not bad, but you are creating a lot of confusion, as well as customer expectation that you cannot deliver on. Rather take down the pics of this handset and chat to the guys at sales about the delivery issues.

Ps: Thank you Bongani for arranging such quick collection of the incorrect handset delivered to me. We all need superheroes sometimes and last week, you were it!
