3G cut off after 6.8gig - paying for 10gig

Hi.

I am very unhappy with 8-ta. My internet has been cut off way before I've actually used my 10 gig for the month.

We carefully monitor our usage, and our firewall is currently showing 6.8gig used since 1 December. We have tried to complain to Telkom Mobile but to no avail. My husband then tried putting the sim card into his mobile phone and it was all of a sudden back online.

I refuse to pay per meg. I do hope I am not connected this way? Please check.

Furthermore - it is against my consumer rights not to be able to use your website to monitor my usage. And sending an sms to the dongle is not helping either, as it is not connected to a phone or a computer but only to a firewall and router for household wireless usage.

I have complained on your Facebook page, and someone immediately responded. asking me to inbox them. I did. It's been 40 minutes since and nobody's phoned me.

This is terrible service and I expect to hear from you soon - cutting us off and hoping we'll buy more data is. Get your acts together.
