EXPIRY DATE AND BAD ATTITUDE

ON THE 25 OF OCTOBER 2013 I BOUGHT AIRTIME FOR R50 BUT WITH DIFFERENT VOUCHERS AND THE ONE FOR R20 WERE BOTH EXPIRING ON THE 31 OF OCTOBER 2013 BUT THE ONE FOR R10 EXPIRES ON 2015/10/31 I HAVE BEEN KEEPING THE AIRTIME SINCE THE DAY I BOUGHT BECAUSE I DIDNT THINK IT WILL EXPIRE SO SOON. ON THE 1ST OF NOVEMBER I TRIED TO LOAD THE AIRTIME ON MY PHONE I COULD ONLY LOAD THE ONE FOR R10 THE ONE FOR R20'S I COULD-NT LOAD IT GAVE AN ERROR THAT IT EXPIRED.

ON THE 17th OF DECEMBER I WENT TO MAPONYA MALL TO COMPLAIN I WAS TOLD THAT ITS MY FAULT THEY WONT EXCHANGE I WAS SUPPOSE TO CHECK. WHAT MAKES ME ANGRY THE MANNER AND BAD ATTITUDE THAT THE CONSULTANTS GAVE TO ME IT WAS SO ANNOYING I WANTED TO SMACK BOTH OF THOSE LADIES BECAUSE IT WASNT MY FAULT HOW AM I SUPPOSE TO CHECK THEIR PRODUCT IAM CUSTOMER I TRUSTED THEM WHEN THEY SOLD THE PRODUCT TO ME.
