Took more than 90 of my money for nothing

On the 17th of october 2013 I load 30mtn airtime on my phone wen I checked on the 18 october balance is 13cents so I called mtn asking wats going on cause I didn't make any calls they replied saying mira network has taken all the airtime and for this month has already taken 90rand of my airtime so shocked I called them and asked them who they are and the reply was they a billing company only n gave me a number for holox which is a voice operating system so dnt manage to unsubscribe but in the first place I've never heard or subscribed to them so how can they take my airtim with out me even knowing they just taking airtime of ppls phones regards BILALL 0733348426
