1. No walk in stores, well if there are any they never answer the phones
2. Call center is no effective - hold times any thing between 20 to 30 mins
3. If you need to change o damaged device you need to go to midrand head office
4. No managers in the call center (I requested to speak to one and they could not find one)
5. Poor recruitment and training to staff
6. Staff do not know were about of walk in stores
