CUT OFF AGAIN???

To whom it may concern

I have had it now and this has been the final time you cut my services. From here on you can keep your services as this means you have terminated the contract for non compliance and for not providing me with a service as a paying customer. Legally you have not kept to your contractual agreement.

After i have had the same issues for the past 6 months and have ask and told the acounts department that i pay my account at the end of the month and even after the management called me and said that my account has been listed to receive payment at the last day of the month, they still cut my services mid month.

Thank you for the good services i used to enjoy up and untill 6 months ago, but now i will take up a contract with a different service provider that is willing to provide me with a efficient and better service.
