Before 23/10/2013, I was subscribed to uncapped internet for which I was paying R568.25. This was acceptable. I called the call centre on 10210 on the 23/10/2013 to downgrade to Do basic which is R399. in the first week in November I received a call from Telkom stated that my bill was R 4800.I was shocked, I have seen now on my invoice that my data shaped charges is R4799.38. I don't understand how is this so, from changing to uncapped to Do basic. There is definitely an error on Telkom Billing. Can a representative from Telkom attend to this complaint. This billing is unacceptable.
