No Feedback and phone for 4 wks and still p

I have had huge dissapointment and on going struggle with MTN, I took out a new contract with mtn on th 15th Nov 13. The phone was faulty and I took it back within the 7 days, they then said i will get a new phone on the 26 Nov 13, I go to the store and they tell me that they cant get the phone and that Model has been discontinued. They can offer me something else but I will need to pay the balance and the contract need to be amended. I did not want another phone and I agreed to gave it cancelled. I did the cancellation on the 27th NOV and told them that I do not want to be billed as I did not have used of the phone and that I want to keep my number as I migrated from Vodacom to MTN. they said they will get back to me. I have to call numerous times with no luck as to what is going on. AGAIn I am only using this SIm card because I must keep my number.its been 3 weeks now and I received my Second bill which I do not want. I just want this to be sorted as I have had the most Horrible service ever and I am so sorry that I have changed from Vodacom to MTN, I will tell the world that You are are horrible. AGAIN 3 weeks and no one called me, I have to call the store. I just Cant beli
