A sales agent called me and offered me an asha phone I requested a bold 9790. I asked that they sim swap my number to the contract phone. It took a while for me to get my phone and my number was changed without my knowing. They said my number was ricad under a vhenda person and the phone wasn't working. So I returned it with the contract sim it took 2 weeks for me to get the new phone but they did not bring my contract sim and my old number was changed without my knowing so I had 2 numbes on 1 sim I called the 145 number spoke to liezell and asked for a manager, she gv me a wrong email, called again spoke to thembeka who said I cn go 2 a cellc store and re rica and do a sim swap so I cn gt my numba. Went to the store and they said they cnt help me and now cellc says I cnt gt my old numba back and will gt the contract sim afta a few more days. Basically I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my phone and have lost my number I have used for years. What I fail to understand is why is it that when I did sim swaps the number was under my name but now that I buy a phone its under someones name. The service I have received has been nothing but horrible as they made me run around after them
