Poor and unanswered service from Nashua

I have three accounts listed with Nashua and have tried unsuccessfully for the last three months to get them to split the bill per cell number. Sadly they can't get that right. I now have one account in credit by well over a R1000 rand and two account in arrears being threatened to be cut off as they haven't been paid. The geniuses that work there cannot even get that right. I received a sms earlier today to say that as the account was unpaid they would be cutting off the service. Unbeknown to me the billing dates have also been changed. On phoning the company and being put through to different people who all want to make sure they speaking to the right person and want me to answer security questions??? I was told that the credit controller that deals with my account would phone me (maybe before close of business today). Ha Ha what a joke. I expect to have my queries answered straight away and sorted out straight away as opposed to irritating me the customer. Nobody can give me a straight answer!!! Wake up Nashua!!! Really really poor service. It is no pleasure trying to deal with them
