They just cannot get the bill right!!!

Saturday past 11 am, I receive a text that my contact has been activate to another type of contract, then I got another text than ive been upgraded. I get a bill this am that my account to pay is R650??? I call the call centre, and am told i''ve migrated, and should go to the store where i had it done, whereas i did not do any changes to my account. I previously logged a complaint and no one even contacted me. This complaint probably means nothing to them, as Ive not been contacted ever, as I put a a complaint on hello peter requesting to be contacted no one did.

I am appalled by the service!!! They dont know what they doing and me. Really?? You can learn something from vodacom and cellc.

I expect this to be resolved as a matter of urgency, and refuse to accept to pay so much money for migrations i did not do!!!
