In June 2012, I signed a contact for the Sharelink Internet package of R320-00 per month. You receive a 2 week trial period where if ou're not happy you're released from the contract, I did just that - falling into the trial period I cancelled as I was not receiving what I was assured of.

I have now been handed over to lawyers asking for R9866-00 for this account, R6146-00 is for termination, R1500-00 for the headset that MTN collected from me after cancellation and the rest usage, usage that costs 'R320' a month.

After acceptance of my cancellation and confirmation that no fees would be deducted, I AM DISGUSTED, you are and should be ashamed of yourselves. Don't bother with MTN, you're paying for frustration, bad service if you receive any, no feedbad, and to top it all off... attorneys that are just as thick.
