Incorrect Active ADSL contract - STILL No response

This query STILL hasn't been resolved. A Telkom representative called me asking questions, said they will revert back to me and two emails later to [Email Removed] quoting my given escalation reference Number ARS238891 yet remains to be answered.

I have till now paid R1200 in services that I don't need to pay and am expecting Telkom to refund me the money.
