I have complained on numerous times. I am always promised a call that never happens. The only way to get a response is to complain here. You offer the facility on your website to get data usage balances. It is not working. It gives a null balance on everything except my main account. Can this be fixed. Please. Please. Please. I use it as various people use data I pay for. Is it beyond you to fix a function that used to work?
