Did not cancel sim, now I must pay

I reported my iPad on the 13th of November. I reported the sim by 13h15. The wrong sim was cancelled on the 15th only after a bill of R24 516.17 was run-up on my account. I reported this and they admitted it was their mistake, I received an sms that a credit was requested. I took this up with them 3 times after the initial call on the 13th, I also emailed my account manager as I am a business partner. Everybody said they will sort it out. They did not bother to phone me back within 24 hours as they claim they do. It is impossible to speak to any manager as I have to wait 24 hours. I have 4 reference numbers and nobody ever phoned me back from the 13th of November. My phone conversation of the 13th is recored. I have been a client of Autopage for more than 15 years. Now I am out of my money and they do not care as they got their money although it is their mistake.
